this game was fantastic and when i finished i had a bitter sweet feeling, now this game isnt perfect
the walk through skips some steps and doesnt have the answers to all the puzzles
the gameplay is very typical except for qtes, i wish the qtes were different if you failed it the first time for more difficulty but this is a personal preference
i also wish the pixel art reflected the drawn art style more, it looks pale and washed out compared to the colorful and bold illustrations,
it feels very apperant thru the style and story telling that this person is a young adult tumblr user, not that thats a bad thing, just adressing thw elephant in the room, like i could tell before i found dubuks socials,
now for praise, where this game really shines is the characters, world building, lore, and aesthetics
this bitch got all the shit i like, bugs, analog media, religious themes, a trans mc, body horror, torture, psychadelics, surreal symbolism, etc.
this game has a wonderful cast of charming (or deranged) characters, i always had fun during dialouge, and loved seeing their development, i will be reading fanfiction and looking at fan art for sure i cant get enough of them
the designs and use of color are also awesome, i am a real big fan of inconsistent color pallets and stretching visual flare, this game has very visually bold scenes and the characters really stand out and grab your eye,
there are some side characters that i feel could really shine if the sequel does them justice
this game touched me deeply and scratched an itch that no other media has before
it also has accardi my sexy sexy muse
when i finished i had a solemn glow i was excited to reach the climax but was sad i couldnt play it again with the same surprise and awe as the first time,
you made a wonderful game and i hope you know this will now be in my top 20 fave games for sure, maybe even top 10, i eagerly await chapter 2

I love the game so far but im having an issue where every time i close out of it, my save files disappear and i have to restart from the start. I tried not closing the game to see if it would help but i got an error after trying to load a file. Please I dont want to restart the game everytime I play help ;(

Just in case anyone is having the same problem I experienced, the download i got after buying the game on itchio link wasn't working wasn't working, at least on firefox. I tried to download it in two different computers, and when I finally made it, the screen freezes every five minutes. I keep listening the musci and the command sounds but the screen star freezed. I switched to Chrome and now it downloaded normally, but the game keeps freezing just the same. Please help.

i was in the catacombs basement as gaberiel and opened the door with the shovel and some how glitched back into the room i was in before and i cant get back help me (fixed)
SORRY i unfortunately had to start from the beginning but it really wasn't as bad as i thought, i just pressed down on the space bar for dialogue i didn't wanna see again and enabled always run and it only took me about an hour (only cus i looked around some more) to finish when the first time it took me 4 :) itll be worth it to start over dont worry

This game made me cry, i would pay to play this game for the first time again. If you enjoy indie games, psychological horror, or surreal dreamscape-ish games I cannot recommend this enough
Ayee there's a guide on the 811 wiki that explains how you can get it to work on mac :p It runs well you just have to make sure you have other apps closed while playing and remember to save progress as often as possible cause it has a tendency to freeze every once in a while, but not to the point that it won't be enjoyable

Found a bug where Ryker's sprite becomes red stick figures :) Love the game tho, it's a wild ride.
This game reminded me that RPG Maker horrors are still horrors and can be scary...
